TERMS and CONDITIONS

By using this site, you indicate your acceptance of these terms of use.  You agree to use the site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore.  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to HAI SENG PORCELAIN from and against any losses, damages, claims, costs, demands and actions due to or arising from your use of the site. 

The information provided on this site is believed to be complete and reliable.  However, should there be typographical, pricing or other errors, they will be corrected as soon as practicable.  HAI SENG PORCELAIN reserves the right to revoke any offer and correct any inaccuracies without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.  This include the situation whereby an order has been submitted.

You acknowledge that all the contents (including but not limited to all data and images) on the site are the property of HAI SENG PROCELAIN and are protected by applicable laws.  You agree not to modify, distribute or reproduce these contents or create derivative works from such contents.  Use of such contents for any purpose is not permitted. 

The site may contain links to external websites.   You agree that HAI SENG PORCELAIN has no control over third parties’ sites and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of such sites. 

HAI SENG PORCELAIN is not affiliated with any third parties that sell or advertise our products without a written agreement with us. We will not be held responsible for any such products purchased through unauthorised sellers. 

HAI SENG PORCELAIN reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Use.  The continued use of the site following posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of these changes. 

 

EXCHANGE and RETURN

  1. Exchanges
    1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange the items, send us an email at sales@haisengporcelain.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.   

    1. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a return product not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.

  1. Sale Items
    1. Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

  1. Shipping
    1. To return your product, you should drop us an email at sales@haisengporcelain.com for notification first.  We will reply you within 3 working days.

    1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    1. Depending on where is your residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
